Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model Development & Testing: Build and test ML models to address organizational problems.
  2. Model Deployment & Monitoring: Automate deployment, manage real-time and batch inference, and monitor model performance.
  3. Infrastructure Development: Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines and workflows using cloud platforms.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML systems.
  5. Performance Optimization: Optimize ML pipelines for efficiency, addressing latency, throughput, and reliability.
  6. Compliance & Security: Ensure ML systems adhere to security and compliance standards.
  7. Tooling & Automation: Implement tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and MLFlow, and automate CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Programming: Strong Python skills (preferred), or other languages.
  • Big Data Tools: Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, etc.
  • Databases: Familiarity with RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, Aurora.
  • ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Data Engineering: Familiarity with Apache Spark, Kafka.
  • Version Control: Knowledge of Git.
