We are looking for a "UA Manager” for a mobile gaming domain. He/she will be helping to define Game player acquisition. He/She will be primarily focused on acquiring and retaining players by strategically managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels using data-driven insights and sophisticated software platforms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition campaigns and strategies for our client’s games, navigating diverse mobile channels like Facebook Ads, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads and more.
- Develop long-term UA strategies, aligning them with our overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences and optimize acquisition channels
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for refining acquisition campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for all user acquisition efforts.
- Abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance UA tactics and stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine and optimize creatives, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the analytics team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success of user acquisition campaigns.
Required Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in mobile gaming.
- Proven expertise in paid acquisition with a successful track record of implementing ROAS strategies.
- Familiarity with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads) and Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Appsflyer).
- Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and processes.
- Experience in influencer marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Proven track record of implementing innovative organic and viral tactics.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
